Medical providers can submit bills for processing through the following options:

E-billing (Jopari Portal):

Jopari Solutions is our e-billing clearinghouse for all states. Take advantage of e-billing benefits by signing-up for the Jopari Remittance Gateway (Provider Portal). Access to the Provider Portal is available 24/7.

If you need additional information in order to submit a bill, contact Customer Service at 866-886-6305 or customerservice@lodestar.com

If we are unable to process your bill because of missing information, provide the missing information and resubmit the bill. Please mark the submission as a corrected bill.
